Hollybrook Realty, PA. is the largest seller and renter of apartments at Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club. Its owner and broker, Leonard Spatz, has run Hollybrook Realty for over twenty-five years. He has lived in Hollybrook for just as long, and has been both President of the association and on the board of directors.  He has earned his reputation as the "honest, no nonsense" expert during his 25 years at Hollybrook Realty.
